Bay also works with golf clubs with their online tee time solutions to help maximize revenue.
Bay is also an active member of the Michigan Golf Course Owners Association and contributing author to the Tee Off Times. Bay is currently on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Golf Course Owners Association.
Omar has 20+ years of experience in all facets of club operations and possesses a MBA from the Eli Broad School of Business Management at Michigan State University. He also has extensive experience in Food & Beverage operations and educated in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University. Additionally, Omar is an ambassador of customer service, classically trained by two of the world's most renowned hospitality companies, Marriott International and Caesars Entertainment.
Omar is a dynamic problem solver with key areas of experience including: Team building, taxation, I.T. management, productivity bench-marking, variance analysis, CRM, budgeting, forecasting, marketing, and strategy integration. Omar has a wealth of knowledge that can influence many organizations in a positive way.
Frank Guastella is a experienced and analytical professional, Frank J. Guastella with over 30 years of golf management experience focused on planning, marketing, operations and administration at leading golf facilities. He has attained the status of PGA Master Golf Professional and formerly served on the Board of Directors with the Michigan Golf Course Owners Association.
